Howdy guys…
Each day I wake up and gratitude pours from my heart that my Father has given me another day! As I sit watching the beauty of the sun rise I AM GRATEFUL!!! I am grateful for another day…..another day to see His beauty He has created, another day to make a difference in someone else’s life, another day to leave a legacy of Jesus Christ with my grand babies!!! What a gift!!! I AM GRATEFUL!!
Here’s my thoughts for today….as I read (re-read for the zillionth time) the book “crazy love” …. I continue to be challenged in a new fresh way each time!! God is so good like that!! Ever notice you can read something or a scripture and God will “highlight” it in a completely different way each time? Understand this, if you are eager and desperate to hear God, hear His direction for your life, and know His ways…..HE WILL SPEAK TO YOU EVERYDAY, IN ANY WAY HE CAN GET THROUGH TO YOU! So with that said, as I again read this book (Please check this book out …. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE) I am moved with passion to find that deeper place in my Father. Here’s what I found myself asking this morning…..
“Am I willing to say to God that He can have WHATEVER He wants? Do I believe that WHOLEHEARTED COMMITMENT TO HIM IS MORE IMPORTANT than ANY OTHER thing or person in my life?? Do I realize and fully understand that NOTHING I do in this life will ever matter UNLESS it is about loving God and loving those He’s surrounded me with or allowed me to cross paths with??”
……This is my hearts cry…..reminds me of one of my favorite scriptures….Ephesians 3:19, “that I would truly come to know practically, through my own experience the love of Christ which far surpasses mere knowledge without experience, that I may be filled through all of my being with the fullness of God so that I would have the richest measure of His divine presence, wholly filled and flooded with God himself“
Just something to pause and think about today….I pray these thoughts penetrate your whole heart!! Blessings!
