Dominion Minded
As we come into this Easter weekend let us be truly mindful of our Lord and Savior’s death and resurrection. That HE truly has died and resurrected and given us eternal life with HIM! And that HE is seated in the heavenlies next to God our Father, the Father of all things!!! Now I know most people already know this, but honestly, lets really stop and thoughtfully pause about this miraculous, saving gift that is far above all principalities and powers and any name that is named! Remember, He is the head, we are the body, and we are sitting together, taking dominion together, for the gathering of God’s children!!!!
Before reading this portion of scripture, understand the punctuation in this passage can be a little lengthy.
Ephesians 1:17-23
“That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of HIM, the eyes of your (my) understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the Saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his mighty power which he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all”
Ephesians 2
“But God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus…”
When our hearts are pure and humbly teachable before our Father, His righteousness is our righteousness. Righteousness is the place that Christ made for us! It is nothing earned, it is nothing gained, but it is a gift! A powerful, beautiful gift! We must stand in that place – not allowing the enemy to speak to us! Not allowing the enemy to bring us into self-consciousness! But being fully CONSCIOUS of HIM and HIS POWER TO US WHO BELIEVE!!! HE IS RIGHTEOUS, THEREFORE I AM RIGHTEOUS!!!! Now we must act like it and live dominion minded!!
WE ARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
